Step 1: Find Your Band Size
Put a measuring tape around your chest, right under your breasts.
Make sure the tape is straight and not too tight.
Look at the number where the tape meets.
If the number isn’t a whole number (like 32.5), make it the closest whole number (like 33).
Tip: Ask someone to help you hold the tape if it’s tricky.

Step 2: Find Your Bust Size
Put the measuring tape around the fullest part of your breasts.
Keep the tape straight and not too tight or too loose.
Look at the number where the tape meets.
If the number isn’t a whole number, make it the closest whole number.
Tip: Stand straight and breathe normally while you measure.
Step 3: Find Your Cup Size
Subtract your band size (from Step 1) from your bust size (from Step 2).
The difference in inches tells you your cup size:
(1) inch difference = A cup
(2) inches difference = B cup
(3) inches difference = C cup
And so on.
For example, if your band size is 34 and your bust size is 36, the difference is 2 inches, so your cup size is B. Your full bra size would be 34B.
Tip: Write down the numbers to help you remember.

Step 4: Use our Bra Size Calculator
You can use our International Bra Size Calculator to check your size.
Put in your band and bust numbers.
Choose if you measured in inches or centimeters.
The calculator will tell you:
(1) Your bra size.
(2) Two other sizes (called “sister sizes”) that might fit too.
(3) Brands that work for your size.
Types of bras (like strapless or wireless) that might be good.
If You Want to Do It Yourself:
Use your band size and the cup size from the chart.
For example, if your band size is 38 and your cup size is F, your bra size is 38F.
Tip: Look up a bra size Finder online to see sizes for different brands or countries.
Step 5: Try On Bras to Check the Fit
After you know your size, try on some bras in that size.
See which ones feel comfy and hold everything in place.
Sizes might be a little different depending on the brand or style, so try a few to find the best one.
Tip: It’s okay to try a few bras before finding the perfect fit. Everyone’s body is different!

Extra Note: Some Brands Measure Differently
Some bra brands add 4 inches to your band size.
For example, if your band measurement is 34 inches, they might say your band size is 38.
This isn’t how most people measure now, so check what the brand does.
Tip: Look at the brand’s website or ask someone at the store if you’re not sure.
